Order Cancellation
Cancellation made within 12 hours of payment confirmation is eligible of full refund for order amount.
Cancellation made within 48 hours of payment confirmationis eligible of 70% partial refund plus shipping cost.
Cancellation made after 48 hours of payment confirmation, the refund amount depends on the process.
Once the dresses is finished, we do not accept order cancellation.
Cancellations and modifications are not applicable for RUSH ORDERS after 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Return Policy
1) All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection four times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.
2) We accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we cannot warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by our side.
--Any problems of the dress, please contact our service in 2 days (from the date that the item is received), and then send it back in 14 days with the same delivery company which we used to ship your dress.
--Customer needs to contact our customer support first before sending the products back to the designated returning address which will be provided to you by email. A refund will be preceded after receiving the returned package.
--Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and lighting condition. So color aberration will not be included in the quality problem.
--Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects, failing following the customization requirement of customer, like the size deviation from the original size criteria.
For the dispute on size deviation, please take some photographs on the dress that shows the problem. You can do this way: lay the item on the ground and place a tape-measure to measure it, and then take photos. Customer must submit the photographs to service@promdressy.com, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
--For the uniqueness of the product if the product is Custom Made, we can offer you a revise service based on your requirement. But the return or exchange of the dresses in Custom Made is not accepted.
--We do not take any responsibility on the delay of the order which caused by your late remittance.
--We do not accept the returning request on your received product just for you consider the product may not exactly the same as the changes you required on the original style of the item subjectively, since we will strictly follow your requirement on the order.
--We strictly made the items following the style and the material displayed on the site. All returning requests having the reasons like not the same as the picture on the website, not the material I like or I m not satisfied with the quality etc., are not accepted.
--In the event of not satisfying with the received product. Please contact our customer service in time. We don't accept the returning of the goods you are not satisfied with which has no Return Authorization from us. We are neither responsible for the refund nor take over your dispute on the package missing during the return process which with no Return Authorization.
Q. If I can not find my favorite dress on your website, can I send picture to you, and you help me to make it?
A. If you can not find your favorite wedding dress or party dresses at our site, you can send the dress picture to us, we can customize your dress according to the picture at same price range. In order to make sure the high quality dress made for you, please offer us at least two pictures, included front, back and some detailed dress pictures.Our service team will discuss the details with you before process.

A. Hollow to Floor mean the length from your hollow (center of the collarbone) to the floor with heels on, so you will need to add your heels height so that we can make extra length for your dress.
Q. What if I would like to do some alterations on the dress, like adding the straps or changing the back style? Do I need to pay extra money?
A. It is no problem to make some alterations on the dress, and it is free for most time, please tell us clearly where you want to change, then we will custom made your dress according to your requirement. For some change like making extra train length, adding more lace or beading, there might be extra charge. Please feel free to leave us message while order for the alteration you want, our service team will contact you within 24 hours after yu pay.
Q. can I see some real picture of the dresses?
A. we only take photos when customer required, so if you like some dress and want to see the real picture, please contact us, we can check for you. if we have, we will send the picture to you.
Q, When can i get my dress
A.Usually speaking, it takes 7-10 days to tailor the dress and than 3-5 working days for shipping. So you will get the dress 10-15 days after you pay.If there is any case we need extra time for processing, we will let you know via email before process.
Busy season (February to April) the process time would be 10-15 days longer.
Process time for major beading dresses or dresses with lots of handwork would be longer.
Shipping time to countries like Russia, Brazil might be longer.
